Holy Trinity PE Premium 2017/18 (financial)
PE premium is money given to schools by the government to develop PE and Sport in primary schools. This money is to be used to increase the amount of PE taking place in schools and also to develop teachers ability to deliver high quality PE lessons. So far, Holy Trinity has used this money in a number of ways. These include hiring external coaches to deliver sessions, purchasing new equipment, sending members of staff on courses to develop their teaching and many more things. Below is a link to show how we intend on spending our funding for the next financial year. Due to an increase in the PE premium, next year we are taking advantage of our link with Manchester City Football Club and hiring one of their academy coaches for a full day each week. They will be working alongside our staff to help them increase their confidence in teaching PE.
