Holy Trinity CE Primary School aims to create and maintain a safe learning environment where all children and adults feel safe, secure and valued and know they will be listened to and taken seriously.

Our school is committed to the principles outlined in ‘Working Together to Safeguard Children 2023’ and ‘Keeping Children Safe in Education 2023’ and implements policies, practices and procedures which promote safeguarding and the emotional and physical well-being of children, young people and staff.

All staff complete safeguarding training on an annual basis whilst the school has four members of staff who have had further training; these are the designated safeguarding lead and deputy designated safeguarding leads.

Designated safeguarding lead and deputy safeguarding leads within school are:

    • Mrs Thorley(Designated Safeguarding lead)
    • Miss Fenlon (Deputy Safeguarding lead)
    • Mr. Litten (Deputy Safeguarding lead)

If any parent/carer has any concerns regarding the well-being of any child, then please speak to a member of staff within school.
